Large, cheap room in a great city. Definitely worth spending (at least) the full day to discover it.

The host was very helpful and proactive, suggesting a better place for my already parked motorcycle, helping me find whatever I needed in the city (recommended restaurant, open apothecary at late hours etc.)

Small city center. St. Barbara's cathedral is spectacular.

Not a lot more to do in the city.
1 day was enough for us to get the feel of this city and to appreciate the quietness.
We traveled by car.

Kutna Hora is easy to get to from the Main Railway Station in Prague. Journey time is about one hour.
You need to take a taxi from the station to the center of town...or a bus...
Plenty of interesting things to see their...some nice forest walks, very good restaurants.
A welcome relief from the crowds of Prague.
Worth staying at least a couple of nights

I can imagine someone not interested in visiting churches and not liking the crowds of high season not being thrilled, but most of the people are still friendly and I'm sure there are little delights that could be found for longer stays.

Due to snowy weather and traffic problems, arrived later (17:45) than planned, so not really time to look around the town. Went out for dinner. Immediately after breakfast had to leave to return to the airport. Even though we paid Booking.com online at the time of booking. When checking out, they insisted that we had not paid. This took a little time to resolve, which made us a bit late to arrive at airport.
the whole place was very clean and smelled nice
- it was warm there (we stayed in December)
- there is a small, well-equipped kitchen which can be used by all guests (there's an oven, microwave, sandwich maker, and coffee machine)
- free parking
- great location next to St. Barbara's Church
- there was no breakfast available in the hotel, but the owners organised one in pension two steps away
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The two hotel buildings are very centrally located. The rooms are clean, tidy and have “character” while still offering all the usual hotel amenities. (I far prefer this to the “sterile” environment of most hotels. The fan we requested in advance was in the room when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was not elaborate but was quite good.
Charming and distinctive Pension located in the heart of the old town of Kutna Hora. A marvelous find! The staff was welcoming and super friendly. Very clean and inviting. Delicious breakfast could be taken either in the well appointed dining room or on the sunny terrace. Quiet room with a refrigerator and clean bathroom. Very close to all the main sights. Highly recommended.
Staff were superb - so friendly helpful and welcoming. (It is probably the best place to stay in Kutna Hora - but we didnt stay anywhere else to compare it! ) Breakfast variety was excellent, especially the surprise of Tiramisu in the morning. Excellent location and we had a lovely room. The terrace for breakfast was very relaxing.
Great breakfast choices, You can choose from 4 different options of breakfast plates plus coffee and juice. Stuff was very friendly and accomodating. Good food and great beer. The place is right outside Kutna Hora about 1 and half to 2 km from Sipsi sidliste and also very close to the Ossuary.
Great stay in Kutna Hora. The Penzion is located in a quiet area, about a ten-minute walk to the center. There is parking on site. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is Nespresso coffee all day available, and you can chill in a little garden behind the property.
Very central, right oposite Sedlec ossuary. Good for one night. Theme hotel…owners are crazy about LEGO. Everywhere LEGO, various old and latest collections. Museum inside. Hotel has very good and not crowdy inside yard with some tables for picnic.
We liked everything from the design and layout of the building with its tasteful and careful renovation and the individual style of each room.
The owner, Alberto was very courteous and friendly.
It was more like staying in his home than a hotel.
Well.... its lego everywhere.
The hotel is generous to have multiple places full of legos for people (and kids) to play with them.
You get to visit "the museum" for free.
Outside space is good for kids to spend some energy outside
Very good location , close to old part of Kutna Hora, room is big enough for one night
clean bathroom, free parking
Note that keys can be left in envelope next to the reception, outside, to me this was a bit of surprise
We had a great weekend stay in a large room with bath off the garden patio (Room #1). Breakfast included made to order eggs in the caffe along with several self serve options. Perfect location in the heart of Kutná Hora.
Actually better not to mention hotel. It’s a apartment with to much stairs. You need to pass bathroom to getting to your room. There no shower, beds are not comfortable and poor breakfast.
Friendly and really helpful staff, allowing me to store my bike securely in the hotel and starting breakfast half an hour earlier for me. Good location, good restaurant for dinner.
